It’s blinking red, which supposed to indicate lack of charge, so I charge it via USB. But it then boots up, then it will go to red blinking….then reboots, then red blinking…

A few questions — what specific Nest thermostat is this? Does the random reboot happen regardless if how many hours was it connected to a power source using a USB cable? Also, how is your thermostat wired?
