Nest thermostat logging off

My nest app is constantly logging me out (during use of the app) and also forgetting me when trying to log back in - so struggling to use nest. 

I didn’t have this issue prior to this moving to Google app

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you. I'd like to take a closer look at it. A few questions: are you using an android or iOS device? What is the iOS and mobile app version? When did you first encounter the issue? Does this happen often?

Let's sort this out:

1. Set your device's Date and Time settings manually.
   1. Settings General Date and Time.
   2. Tap Set Automatically toggle it off and then back on.
   3. Make sure that the timezone, date, and time are correct.
2. Confirm that the Nest or Google Home app has permissions to use the phone's location
   1.   For mobile devices, go to Settings Privacy Location Services Nest.
3. Ensure that the Nest app is updated.
4. Check for software updates on your phone. Obsolete OS versions may break some app functionality.
