Nest thermostat no Wi-Fi connection

My nest thermostat is less than 1 year old. Past few days, my nest thermostat stopped connecting to network and not able to find any Wi-Fi connection. I have tried all troubleshooting steps even reset my nest. Nothing seems to work. May I get more advice to fix the issue?

Hello Nieh,

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue reconnecting your Nest Thermostat to the Wi-Fi network. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

I appreciate the possible steps you've taken. Could you please give these steps a try and let us know if they work?

  1. On your actual thermostat, go to Reset > Account Connection > Reset to confirm.
  2. Go back to the Settings > Technical Info > Power.
    1. If the battery level is at 3.7 Volts, pull the thermostat display from its base and charge it using a USB charge for an hour before plugging it back into its base.
  3. Enable the phone's mobile hotspot.
  4. Go to the thermostat's Network settings.
    1. Check for any message codes.
    2. If there is, let us know the exact code.
    3. If none, attempt to search for available networks.
  5. If the same issue persists, give it a few to look for any networks before typing the network name and password manually.

Regards,
Mark
