Nest thermostat drops temp on its own

I would like to hold temp at 71 degrees Fahrenheit.  Almost every night sometime between 9:00pm and 2:00am the thermostat magically drops down to 62, maybe 63, or some other obscure temp.  I have the schedule set (everything is 71), I have eco and learning turned off.  If this thing blows out my compressor I am going to be pretty upset.  Any tricks on making this thing actually hold a temperature?

Hi Heitland,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. Let's sort this out.

Make sure to disable Auto-schedule and Home and Away Assist if you have the Nest Learning Thermostat or the Nest Thermostat E. For the Nest Thermostat 2020 model, check for any thermostat actions available in the Routines feature in the Google Home app and delete them, if needed.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Regards,
Mark

Hey there,

I don't want to be a nudge, but I'd like to check if you were able to get your thermostat working. Feel free to reach back if you still need help.

Thanks,

Mark
