Nest thermostat no lights on heat link

I have a nest learning thermostat linked to gas combi boiler which has stopped working, checked & found no loght at heat link unit which is wired from boiler. Boiler working, but heat link not. Tried reset but still nothing, any thoughts on fault or resolving thanks

1. When was it installed?
2. Are you seeing any wiring report or error on the thermostat and/or the app?  
3. Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system? 
4. Were there any power outages? 
5. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting us?

Thanks for your message. All sorted now, received an auto email to say fault detected, engineer then booked who attended within 24 hrs & replaced
