Nest thermostat not allowing to set date/time

The screen is giving message 

Your thermostat's date
and time are incorrect.

when I select ok or set date/time, it give me the following message

The thermostat is
restarting. Back in a bit.

then the screen goes blank for a minute, it comes back on with the G sign and same messages again

We're sorry for the delay here and I'd like check if you're still having this issue on your Nest Thermostat display. Could you check if it is connected to the Wi-Fi, as it is also needs to be updated.
