Nest thermostat not connecting to outdoor unit

My thermostat says no wifi connection but I reset my router and the connection in the home is fine.  The unit will turn on the a/c but there is no connection to the outdoor unit to create cool air.  It is over 100 here this week.  What can I do next?

100% same issue. 🥵 had to swap to my old thermostat twice already. House got hot quick.
