Nest thermostat not keeping heat pump on

Nest thermostat brings heat pump on for less that a minute then shuts it down. Fan stays on and ac works fine.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd love to know more about this.

It appears that you're experiencing a power-related issue. Is this a first time installation? Could you please share with us photos of your previous and current thermostat's wiring? Also, check the power readings in the Technical Info if you have the Nest Learning Thermostat or the Nest Thermostat E, and the Equipment settings for the Nest Thermostat 2020 model.
