Nest thermostat not working after attempted migration

Attempted migration today from Nest app to Google home and my thermostat is now frozen with a house icon and we can’t reconnect. I think it may be having trouble finding our Wi-Fi now, but I can’t get the migration to complete and I can’t figure out how to connect it to the network. Hard reset of the device. Pulling it off the wall. All of these things have been tried. Nothing has worked.
