Nest - 2 Zones

Can the NEST Thermostat be used to control a 2 zone system? I have 2 thermostats. One upstairs and one downstairs. Can I replace the thermostats with the ONE Nest thermostat?

Each zone must have its own control thermostat.  If you have two zones you will need two thermostats. Remember  a zone is a separate area to be conditioned independently of the others. This is why each zone has its own thermostat located with the zones area.
