Aghhhh. This morning our Nest started saying it was not connected to wifi. I went through the list of options including changIng the network settings but all of them simply displayed the software details (5.9). So I attempted to switch it off and on again. As in a reset. It initially went blank then showed the Nest logo. Then it told me the date was wrong so I hit that to change the date. Then the screen just went blank. As in dead. Now, whether it’s a 10 sec reset or a quick on and off, it makes no difference. It’s dead. Help. What to do?
