Nest thermostat offline

Nest disconnected from WiFi a few days ago and now won’t recognize and WiFi network. I have followed all troubleshooting tips on Google and still won’t recognize any network. From what I can tell this is a known issue?

Hello out there, my home app thermostat said offline, but the thermostat it self was online, all I did was restart, (not reset) the thermostat. you won't lose your information and everything was fine, app back to normal, I have nest E. But I would think your would work that same. Settings then restart. Hope it works.
