The nest app in my phone has just stop responding linking to the thermostat . I cannot change anything , temp, schedule etc. When I go into the nest app on my phone the home icon appears but instead of being orange and telling me what the thermostat is currently set to or allowing me to get into weekly schedule etc it is black/ grey and simpler say HOME with no temp eyc
have wasted so much time in this now. I have logged out and when I try and connect through my nest account it doesn’t recognise my username or password so I have to log in using google but then there seems no link up with the thermostat or any saved / set schedules
help please
