Nest thermostat replacement lost

My 2 year old Nest thermostat stopped connecting to my WiFi. Called customer service.  They sent a replacement to an address I lived at 5 years ago.  I gave the rep my new address, she repeated it and still sent it to the wrong address.  Have a case #. Resolution in 72 hours, that was 6 days ago. No one returns calls or emails.  Horrible customer service.

Please share with us your support ID number or RMA number. This would help us review the status with the relevant team. In the meantime, if you have any alternative methods for controlling your thermostat or maintaining your home's temperature, it might be worth using those until the issue is resolved.

Abrahan sent note yesterday that my case is still being reviewed. He told me last Wednesday, resolution would occur within 72 hours.  I asked about that but he didn't reply.  I think Google wants me to just go away.
