Which wires go to which letters on the Nest thermostat? On the current HX3 thermostat in the picture it shows which wires go where, but when I try hooking it up to Nest I get an error saying no power is going to the R slot. Should the white wire (currently in the C slot in the HX3 thermostat) go to the C slot in Nest? or should the black wire go in the C? Thanks!
