Nest thermostat says online. Cell phone says offline. I have reset/restarted several times and still same problem. From what I have read many have had this same problem. Now what. Some have suggested to get rid of the Nest/Google whole setup. I'm also about ready to put my old thermostat back in. Where are the Google/Nest phone numbers to call for help or is their attitude "You bought it, we got your money, good by."

Hi ByNordby, Delete the app and reinstalled the it. After, reinstalled everything to the phone as if it was a brand new installation. Hope this helps.
