Thermostat offline not connecting

Our nest thermostat has gone offline and the screen has gone blank.

It is not activating .

Please advice

A few questions — what specific Nest thermostat is this? When you press on it's display, does it light up and show something? Also, could you try restarting your thermostat by following the steps here:https://bit.ly/3riP5Dp
