If your Nest thermostat is showing as not connected, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check your Wi-Fi connection: Make sure your Wi-Fi network is working properly and that your thermostat is connected to the correct network. You can check this by going to the settings on your thermostat and selecting "Network."

  2. Restart your thermostat: Try restarting your thermostat by going to the settings and selecting "Restart." This may help reset any connection issues.

  3. Check your power source: Make sure your thermostat is receiving power. If it is a battery-powered thermostat, check that the batteries are not dead. If it is a wired thermostat, check that the wiring is properly connected.

  4. Reset your network connection: If you are still experiencing connection issues, try resetting your Wi-Fi network connection. This may help resolve any network issues that are preventing your thermostat from connecting.

  5. Contact Nest support: If none of the above steps work, you may need to contact Nest support for further assistance. They can help diagnose and resolve any issues with your thermostat.

Overall, troubleshooting a Nest thermostat showing as not connected will depend on the specific issue. However, checking your Wi-Fi connection, restarting the thermostat, checking the power source, resetting the network connection, and contacting Nest support are all good steps to take in trying to resolve the issue visit here to see more
