Hi.
Our next thermostat has stopped working and won’t connect. We have tried following the instructions to reconnect but there is no light on the device.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community forum.
A few questions for us to further isolate the issue. Did you see any error message from the thermostat display, Poppy123? Were you able to adjust the temperature from the thermostat directly? We could try to restart your Wi-Fi router and your thermostat.
