My nest thermostat is not working with Cooling systems . It runs for 59 seconds and the. Turns off and goes ‘starting soon’ screen. The cycle continues

@Priyam_shri , this problem is often caused when the battery power is very low🪫. Does your Nest Learning thermostat use a Common wire? As a test, carefully remove your nest display, turn it over and uses a micro-USB cable and charge the display for several hours. If your Nest Thermostat is the basic model, make sure it gets a couple new batteries.

Hi there ,
yes , I have a C wire for power . But I also see 2 batteries in the unit - could those batteries be an issue ? If yes I’ll try replacing them . Let me know

If you have a common wire that is active, the batteries are used as a backup. If you have a volt ohm meter you can check the AC Voltage between R and C. Make sure you are receiving 24Vac +/- 5Vac
