White Rodgers 1F80-261 Compatability Check

I have purchased a Google Nest and am looking to understand if my White Rodgers 1F80-261 is compatible. I have included a picture of the wiring here, let me know if any other information is helpful.

With your thermostat's wiring setup, it could be Nest-compatible. But to be sure, could you also gather your HVAC system's make and model? Is this a heat pump? Also, if possible, if you could share with us a photo of its control board showing how the wires are being labeled,
