Nest thermostat w5 error

We had our entire HVAC replaced and they installed the Nest thermostat. The first day I was able to connect to wifi. Now it’s giving me an w5 error and will not even find my network. I have reset/restarted the nest. I have restarted my modem. Not sure what else to do. The temp randomly turns itself up  and I can’t access the app because it’s showing offline. Please help!

Sorry to hear about your Nest thermostat and thanks for trying those steps already. 

 

I'd like to check on your warranty options. When and where was this bought as well as what country are you in? Also, what type of Nest thermostat is this?
