Nest thermostat w5 error

Marty1

My Nest thermostat has reported a w5 error and can't connect to a Wi-Fi network. It doesn't even detect WiFi. I have tried all the suggestions (restart and reset router and Nest Thermostat) and you still do not connect to WiFi. Please help.

I am having the same issue today. I have restarted modem and router, reset the nest, and it still does not detect a network. No other devices are having an issue connecting to Wifi

This is what happened to 2 out my 3 thermostats. They work manually, but I can no longer see or control them through my phone.
