Nest thermostat won’t connect to wifi

My Thermostat cannot find my Wi-Fi network and I’ve already restarted and reset it several times. Other devices in the house have no issue finding Wi-Fi.

Is your screen black? Mine will not responded at all unless I take the face off and put it back on and even that is temporary.

• When did it start happening?
• Are you getting an error message when you try connecting your thermostat to your Wi-Fi network?
• How far is your thermostat from your Wi-Fi router?
• Did you make any changes to your network?
