Nest thermostat won’t power up, correct connections, changed battles, nothing

I wired in the thermostat, shows nothing, changed batteries, still nothing.  Any way to check if thermostat works. 
old thermostat works just fine.

  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
  • Where are you located?

Not sure which it is,  I gave the serial number to the tech support specialist. Case # 1287000033008 and case # 1-717000032718.    I sent photos of the wiring and my system.  All appeared correct.   I placed new batteries in the unit, energizer 1.5 .    Nothing powered up.

 

I am in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Thanks for the response. For some reason, I can't pull up the case number that you provided. If possible, could you share a photo of your Nest Thermostat? Also, when did you purchase it?
