Hi please help if possible, u have had a thermostat for years now and all was OK until I migrated to Google account, the app no longer finds it on me on my wife's and my phone, it only gives the secret key code when I fully reset it and then only allows connection to one phone in the nest app?
We have deleted all Google home accounts and nest app but still the same?
When I try to use the same code in my phone it justbsays incorrect code! 🙃 what's going on??
