Nest thermostat

My nest thermostat was working fine until this past Friday. On my iPhone it showed that it was offline. I have done everything that the google support information told me to do. Nothing has worked. I have this at least 3 times. I have a common wire so there is power to the stat all the time. I am at a loss. The stat is only 2 years old. What is going on?  Can someone please help. Ty

• What Nest thermostat model do you have?
• Does the Nest Thermostat display show any error codes or messages?
• Are you trying to connect the Nest Thermostat to the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz network? 
• Can your other WiFi capable devices (phone, tablet, computer) connect to the internet through your WiFi network?
• Has your Nest Thermostat ever connected to your network?
• How far away is the Nest Thermostat from the router?
• Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the Nest Thermostat?

Any additional details you can provide will be helpful.
