Please share with me the following information:
- What type of Nest thermostat do you have? If you're unsure, please check our Help Center article: How to tell which Nest thermostat you have.
- When did you first notice this issue?
- Are your power breakers on, and is there power to your home?
- Are all the wires of your thermostat seated firmly in its terminals (with no loose or exposed wires)?
- Could you please try if your thermostat can be charged via USB
