Nest thermostat

I have a new iPhone and now can’t adjust the nest thermostat from the app.

Did you download and login to the Nest app on your new iPhone with the same account you used previously? Did you setup the thermostat with your account?

Thanks for your reply. Prompted by your remarks, I restarted the thermostat which then connected to the app on my new phone! All sorted - thanks again.
