It appears that your thermostat's wiring is Nest-compatible. Here's your guide to wiring a Nest Thermostat:

• Red wire > R/Rc/Rh terminal
• White wire > W/W1 terminal
• Yellow wire > Y/Y1 terminal
• Green wire > G terminal
• Blue wire > C terminal
