Hi, my Nest thermostat is offline, i have tried all of the steps on the troubleshooting guide and it still won’t connect

Uh-oh! I'm sorry to hear that your thermostat is still offline even though you've already tried to follow the troubleshooting steps. Are you located in North America or Europe? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? And could you list down the steps you already did so I can take a closer look?
