I am very disappointed with Nest. I have 2 nest thermostat. Both stop working within a year of each other. One of my thermostats has a message “can’t connect to network” I’ve been on the phone with a Google representative for over an hour. After completing the steps provided by the Nest representative, my thermostat still doesn’t work. There’s definitely an issue but because it doesn’t display a “ERROR CODE” my thermostat can’t be replaced. I’ve done a deep dive and this seems to be an issue with nest thermostat. The representative agree there’s an issue with the thermostat but because it doesn’t show an error message, the device can’t be replaced. Have to purchase a new device. I’ve upgraded all of my devices using google products. I’ve had nothing but issues ever since. The times we’re currently in, I cant afford another $200+ device. This is really bad.
