Hi had a new thermo fitted yesterday cannot connect to Alexa despite trying lots of things .
all other nest camaras are connected fine but spent all night trying different ways to connect new thermo to Alexa and nada .
nest pro fitted and seems fine but not discoverable 😩
any help /advice appreciated
