Nest thermostat

I just started having problems turning my thermostat on through my iPhone. I was always able to adjust the temperature through my phone the past few days it will not let me.

Sorry for the delayed response but thanks for posting. 

Do you still need help with this? If yes, what type of Nest thermostat do you have? Also, what message or code are you getting on your Nest app when you're trying to turn on your thermostat? 

Please tell me more and I'll be more glad to check on it further.
