Nest w5 Error

Recently, my Nest Thermostat began showing the w5 error message and will no longer connect to my wifi. I’ve tried unplugging and restarting the Nest and my wifi multiple times, but it doesn’t detect any wifi networks.

How do I go about getting this fixed?
