ive reached out to the nest warranty team multiple times and still get no reply. How can you claim a warranty if no one answers?
My nest thermostat that was purchased 6 months ago now will not turn on and if it does it immediately restarts and wont turn on again.

Its the 3rd gen and i submitted the form and that is required to submit a claim and was never given a claim ID. It said a specialist would reach out
