Nest wiring help

 Blue - C 

    White - W2 jumper to E

     Red - R

     Green - G

     Orange - O/B

     Yellow - Y

is this compatible?

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. Based on your wiring, yes it is compatible with Nest Thermostats. Just ensure to remove the jumper wire, since Nest Thermostats don't use them.
