Nest wiring help

I have a honeywell TH8320R1003 thermostat for a heat pump / AC unit (Arcoaire). It has just 4 wires (G, C, R, and Aux/E) and a bridge between R and Rc. How should this be wired to work with the Nest Thermostat? (Options are Y C W G R   OB-*)

The picture you posted is not wired for a heat pump.  A heat pump thermostat would need a wire attached  to Y and a separate wire on O/B. So your wires should be Rc, C, G, Y, W2/Aux, O/B
