Nest wiring

Does anyone see something wrong with how I wired this Nest E from a Honeywell TH9320WF5003. When I try to start the nest nothing happens regardless of if it’s set on cool or heat? Thanks!

Just to confirm, what type of HVAC system do you have? Do you have a heat pump with second stage or auxiliary heating? Also, could you provide the actual make and model of your old thermostat?
