My best will not connect to my wifi if has a W5 error message

Sorry to hear about your thermostat and thanks for reaching out. 

 

A few questions — what type of Nest thermostat is this? Have you tried restarting it before trying to reconnect it to your WiFi network? If you did but to no avail, could you provide when and where was it bought as well as what country are you in?

I have the same problem.  My Nest thermostat is a little over one year old and just stopped connecting to my WiFi.  Tried reset (twice) and manually entering wif/password (twice) - neither worked.
