I got a new iPhone and everything transferred over just fine except I lost the connection from the app to the thermostat. It says I need to put in a code but then says it's already connected to an account so won't give me a code. I tried scanning the code on the back but it puts me right back to the set up screen where I need the code. Everything transferred over just fine to my husband's new iPhone and works fine. But not for me. I've also tried logging out and then back in but still nothing.
