Hi I’m having real problems with my Nest. It isn’t heating the water but works fine for the heating. It seems to work sporadically when the water is hot from the immersion heater. I’ve paid for a plumber and electrician to come out and neither have solved the issue even though it was working while they were here. I have spoken to the Google Nest helpline and they have indicated that I need a new thermostat but it is out of warranty (installed 2019). This looks like a common problem with Google Nest. Does anyone have any suggestions as have already spent so much time and money on this problem and it is still not solved and it’s costing a fortune to heat the water with the immersion. Many thanks.
