Hi All,I have just moved into a property with a NEST 3rd generation thermostat.I have had to reset it back to factory settings due to it being still connected to the previous owners.The problem I am having is there is No hot Water symbol on the system or connected to the thermostat,it says on the net that I need a NEST Pro id to add the hot water to the system but I don’t have one & don’t know how to get one.Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Assuming I understand you correctly, there's need for any Nest Pro!
I think you may have set the system as a combi boiler.
Settings - Equipment - Continue - Pro Setup - Continue - System Boiler
Follow that through and make sure ''Control'' is set to ''On/Off'' and NOT to ''Not Connected''
