Sorry to hear about your Nest thermostat not calling for heat but thanks for reaching out. 

A few questions — did heating work on this thermostat with your system before? If yes, were there recent changes made on your thermostat's setup or on your HVAC before this started happening? Also, are you getting a code or message on your Nest app or thermostat's display?
