Hello the same as other post but don't know how to fix it....please help. - My hot water isn’t working on schedule. It says it’s “on” but the background in the app is still grey. Also when I boost, again it says “on” but is grey still and there is absolutely no hot water. When i boost i can hear it click and when turned off it will click again. Emersion is working so not the plumbing and Heating works fine when turned on from Nest Thermostat and app.

Hi go to settings on the actual nest thermostat and find Hot Water. Change from disabled to Enabled!!!
How frustrating is that!
