No partner connections

My nest was connected to alexa and then suddenly stopped working. I have been trying to reconnect them but there are no options for partner connections. There is no alexa option or any other option, it’s empty. I cannot find the nest through alexa either. I use a Google account with nest so I don’t need to migrate it. How do I get it to show up?
