So if all your wires are showing disconnected it's a problem with the furnace or heat system rather than the thermostat. For me, my control panel cover had fallen off triggering a safety switch. Easy fix that I should've. He ked before posting but our system is not as accessible as it should be. Might also check and make sure your drip pan isn't flooded.
