Same here, returned product immediately. I m so disappointed. In the past b tried the learning b thermostat but that one lost the connection to the heat link….. now this. I have all google & nest stuff in my home and i must admit it is good looking , packaging is great, but the hardware is quite cumbersome to get it working. For example the mesh wifi , and range , the connections and performance of my camera’s . Bad connections right outside the front door or on a different floor in my house. Now everything works and i love that is all integrated and it looks awsome, but it is buggy and cumbersome. Sadly , i still do not have a good smart thermostat solution. Did you find a solution to this power problem?
