Hopefully something daft I’ve missed…
I’m replacing a wireless Horstamann thermostat with my new Nest Thermostat E. I’ve followed the instructions in connecting and setting up the devices to my app and all works well. I’ve then attempted to connect the Heat Link E to the boiler. I’ve removed the wires in the sender as instructed (see photo) and using only the TWO wires needed into the new Heat Link E. (C and NO).
All seemed smooth but now boiler doesn’t power at ALL? So the thermostat won’t do anything. Yes I’ve made sure power is back on and I’ve double checked connections, it just won’t power up.
Should I be using any other wires that I had to discard, or any other suggestions are welcomed!!
cheers - Len
