I am getting this message but it has been working perfectly. it randomly prompted this when no one was at the house. I have since reset from my breaker and am charging the device , but has anyone experienced this? What is the charge does not work?
The heat is intermittently working but I have a call into my engineer.
any help would be so appreciated

The transformer that supplies 24 V Ac might have failed or the fuse on the heating system might have blown.
Do you have a multi-meter to test for voltage on the R to C wires should be 24 to 30 V AC if in USA that is the standard voltage.
